“I Prefer Whiskey on Airplanes”

Anthony Bourdain said in an interview

Drinking whiskey or scotch can be one way out for a person on an air journey, regardless of how he will experience prolonged hunger. You should not be surprised if this is conveyed by Anthony Bourdain, a well known travel presenter and unique culinary related activities.

He said in an interview on Travel + Leisure, of course he has reasons to support his choice.

"The food (on the plane) is unlikely to be tasty, it's impossible to have the best taste, even though they have tried hard, and with such a job condition, there is not much they can do."

Perhaps for many travelers or passengers on the plane this is not a creepy thing, they can enjoy travel as well as eating in the plane during flight.

"Ah, that's fine," said one passenger.

But Bourdain still has a reason.

"Food that has entered the stomach can not be digested perfectly, because we will only sit long on the chair. Not to mention the look and taste of food that is less appetizing."

Just believe, that does not mean Bourdain does not do anything, the one thing always ordered is a cold whiskey or something of the sort.

"Scotch on the rocks can not be confused, this menu is never wrong."

Then he added, "If the flight is very long, maybe wine and cheese will be added."

Everyone is unique in their personal experience, especially for people who travel frequently to various places in the world. Bourdain reasoned when he got on the plane he actually was not eager to eat.

"I always smell the smell of fuel and the smell of air conditioning."

You know when there's a pretty funny way, maybe, especially when the flight attendant offers the food. He did a nice and polite way, pretending to be asleep.

"When I'm sitting on the bench, I'll always try to sleep."

An interesting interview, isn’t it? But he is not the only person who has a similar tendency, chéf Gordon Ramsay also admitted less like eating the menu of food in flight.

Acceptable reason for a food on the plane, because Ramsay had worked as a cook for ten years for an airline.

"I know this food is where and where, how long it takes to get on the flight."
